By the customer:

• More than 14 days before start date: Full refund
• 7-14 days before start date: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before start date: No refund, but you may transfer to a future programme

By twilight-brim: If we need to cancel a programme, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative programme.

Intellectual Property
